The young monks in Vajra Varahi monastery next door to our clinic are missing Joe, massage therapist (pictured here), who stretched and manipulated them for two months in the summer after long hours of philosophy class! Now we have three new acupuncturists from the Acupuncture Relief Project – Danielle, Stacey and Felicity and their team leader Andrew who are picking up where Naya, Zach, Ben, Mac, Dayna and Angie left off……

In between getting a brand new website up we have had meetings about the forthcoming dental/ medical camp (hooray! we have a sponsor for the beer at our fundraising event!), sorted a pair of badly burned legs belonging to an acupuncture patient, almost bought a new motorbike for the clinic, tended to two sick practitioners, fixed the gas bottle leak in the kitchen and calculated the Dashain holiday bonus for all staff. Whew!
